Rockingham Insurance Announces Board of Director Election Results

Harrisonburg, VA (May 7, 2018) – Rockingham Mutual Group, Inc., the holding company of Rockingham Insurance, announces the election of two officers on its Board of Directors.

Gene Berry of Indianapolis, IN and a board member since 2011, was elected to serve as Chairman of the Board. Timothy O’Shea of Richmond, VA and a board member since 2014, was elected to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board. The Company also announces the re-election of three Directors: Douglas Driver of Broadway VA, Anne Keeler of Staunton, VA, and Pamela Turner of Charlottesville, VA.
