Rockingham Insurance, established in 1869, is pleased to announce the expansion of its extremely successful commercial coverage program into Pennsylvania.

Rockingham will appoint select independent agencies to offer the Commercial Elite product featuring segment-specific products, customized coverages, and pricing for:

• Habitational coverage including single-family homes individually rented or multiple-units such as apartments, condominium associations, and apartments with mercantile/office-space
• Commercial Lessor’s Risk including Office Buildings, Strip Centers, Retail, and Restaurants
• Restaurants including those who need liquor liability
• Artisan Construction such as Handypersons, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and standard contracting classes

Entering Pennsylvania enhances the company’s existing small business, personal lines, and specialty line products.
