Today, we celebrate Ron Pritchard's contributions and look forward to continuing his legacy of service.

Last year, we bid farewell to a remarkable member of our team, Ron Pritchard, who retired after 22 years of dedicated service as an Exclusive Agent representing Rockingham Insurance in Franklin County. Ron’s career was marked by his legacy of service, an unwavering commitment to the community, helping protect what matters most to our clients. His customer service, integrity, and honesty were the pillars of his work, earning him the trust and respect of many.

Now, Scott, Tyler, and Austin Fisher of Fisher Insurance Services, representing Rockingham Insurance, are serving the people of Franklin County. Ron is enjoying a well-deserved retirement, spending time fishing at the lake and relaxing with his wife, Terri, a newly retired school administrator. While Ron may have retired, his legacy continues to inspire us.

Ron embodied our company culture of giving back throughout his career, and to honor this, we are providing school supplies, with a donation of $2,000 to Franklin County Teachers, for the upcoming school year. We felt this was a fitting tribute to Ron’s dedication to service while also honoring his wife’s career in education.
