Continuing Burt's Legacy in the Community
The S. Burt Blosser Memorial Fund was thoughtfully established by Burt's wife, Loretta Blosser and his family. It aims to honor Burt's memory by continuing his legacy of community support for non-profit organizations in the Town of Elkton and Rockingham County.
