How can I access my billing information and payment history online?

You can access your billing and payment information anytime through the Customer Portal.

Online (24/7 Access)

Can I set up automatic payments?

Yes, automatic payments (AutoPay) may be available for your policy.

Where can I find the amount I owe and my payment due date?

How do I report or file a claim?

You can file a claim quickly and securely in several ways:

How can I check the status of my claim?

You can check your claims status by:

How do I file a claim against one of your policyholders?

If you were involved in an accident with one of our insured customers, you can file a claim by:

How do I file a glass-only claim?

For glass-only claims not related to an accident, please call (800) 868-6633. A representative will help with next steps and scheduling service (if applicable).

How do I find the name and contact information of my adjuster?

Your assigned adjuster’s name and contact information are available:

  • In the Customer Portal under your claim details
  • In claim-related emails or letters you’ve received

How do I request roadside assistance?

Roadside assistance can be requested by: Calling (866) 319-4824

Services may include towing, battery jump-start, flat tire assistance, and lockout service, depending on your coverage.

How do I make changes to my policy?

You can request changes to your policy in several ways:

How do I find my insurance policy number?

You can find your policy number on your declarations page and billing statements (usually in the top-right corner of each document).

Your policy number is also listed on the homepage of your Customer Portal.

How do I get my insurance ID cards?

To get an ID card:

How do I update my address or contact information?

Submit a request through the Customer Portal, contact your agent, or call the Customer Experience Team (800) 434-7736.

Portal

How do I register for the Customer Portal and what information do I need?

To register for the Customer Portal, you will need:

  • Your policy number
  • Your phone number (The one you provided in your policy details)
  • A valid email address
  • Zip code (Make sure it matches your policy zip code)
  • Follow the registration steps on the Portal sign-up page.

Why am I receiving an error when trying to register or log in?

You may get an error message if:

  • Any information entered does not match your policy details
  • There is a typo in your email, password, or User ID
  • Account set up wasn't completed

Please double-check your information and try again. If you still aren't able to sign up or sign in, contact Customer Experience at (800) 434-7736 or your agent for assistance.

Why don’t I see my policy in the Customer Portal?

Your policy may not be visible in your portal for a few reasons:

  • The policy is under a different name or customer account
  • The policy is not yet linked to your portal profile
  • Information used during registration doesn't match our records

Please contact your agent or Customer Experience (800) 434-7736 so we can help locate and link your policy.

What can I do in the Customer Portal?

In the Customer Portal, you can:

  • View your policy information
  • Access ID cards and documents
  • Make payments
  • File and track claims
  • Upload claim-related documents
  • Receive policy notifications
I forgot my Password or User ID. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password or User ID, select the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” link on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your credentials.

Why don’t I see my Farm policy in the Customer Portal?

Farm policies are managed in a system separately from other coverages, so they aren't currently visible in the Customer Portal.

For questions about your Farm policy or to file a claim, please contact your agent or refer to your Farm policy documents for additional information.
